Lilith Systems Launches Innovation to Unlock Potential of Non-visible Workforce in United States
Hong Kong, China - December 21 - Today, Lilith Systems (“Lilith”, HKEX stock code: 666) announced the launch of its new TA 368r workforce tracking system, designed to meet the latest customer requirements related to non-visible and low-temperature employees.
At the launch press conference for the new solution, Damien Lee, Chief Product Officer, Lilith Systems, said, “With our previous 368 solution, customers around the world have enjoyed a complete range of features to track workforce productivity. Now, the 368r will offer a significant upgrade to this functionality with the addition of tracking for non-visible employees and other creatures outside conventional timelines, as well as low-temperature employees who cannot share a workspace with warmer beings. As our customers in the United States expand their employee base in response to recent federal regulations, this represents a significant new market opportunity for Lilith Systems.”
Mandatory residency tariffs for non-visible citizens and nocturnal terrors (including Mahaha and all indigenous winter demons on Inuit reserves) were introduced approximately 18 months ago in the United States and its territories, as part of a federal stimulus package designed to respond to nationwide labor shortages. As a result, apparitions, presences, and phantasms have had to seek income opportunities through employment with local or international companies to meet their increased costs of living and/or undead residency. According to a recent study by Pew Research, as of August of this year, 83% of American businesses have either hired or are considering hiring from this expanded talent pool.
However, the resulting staff diversity has led to significant challenges for employers who still use traditional productivity control and monitoring systems. A key feature of TA 368r is its extended “nighttime mode”, which builds on the functionality of the TA 368 solution. By providing infrared and ultraviolet tracking, TA 368r can ascertain the work status of employees regardless of their appearance on the traditional visible spectrum or temperature range. TA 368r also offers Chrono-Synchronous Offset Tracking (CSOT), to ensure supervisors can measure employee input capacity both in the current timeline as well as in alternate timelines and dimensions.
Prior to the recent legislation changes, the civilian labor force in the United States had reached approximately 164 million, and is since estimated to have more than tripled. Market studies indicate that the total potential for non-visible and low-temperature workforce tracking could reach up to US$ 12 billion within the next decade.
